Grown near the Buesaco Municipality where the Rio Juanambu passes through, this crop is a co-op of three farms. First sip delivers a hint of salted-caramel and roasted nut, as you finish your cup you may note cinnamon raisin toast, dried apple, and cocoa. Good for espresso.
We roast to Full City (medium-dark) roast. Other roast levels are available by special request.
