Our current stock of Guatemala is a crop from the mountainous region of Huehuetenango. You will find bittersweet flavors with notes of sweet baked goods, chocolate cookie, caramel-almond, dark-toned chocolate, and walnut . Good for espresso.
We roast to Full City (medium-dark) roast. Other roast levels are available by special request.
