This crop beans is from Finca Alonza, a family farm, near the small town of Turbala. Bittersweet chocolate is noticed in the Full City roast with dark fruit accents along with an underlying honeyed-sweetness . Good for espresso.
We roast to Full City (medium-dark) roast. Other roast levels are available by special request.
